Cookies
Effective October 15, 2026. Fig Technologies LLC. PilatesCRM at https://pilatescrm.com.
PilatesCRM uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies that are required to deliver the Services, keep them secure, and remember choices you make. That includes the session cookie that keeps you signed in, security tokens, and cookies a payment form from Stripe or Square sets on a checkout page to prevent fraud.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking on pilatescrm.com. Because the cookies on this site are strictly necessary, we do not show a cookie banner here.
Studio websites
A studio may paste a PilatesCRM tracking snippet on a website the studio already has. That snippet can set a first-party cookie on the studio’s site so the studio can see which pages and campaigns bring people in. It does not store an IP address, a password, or a card number. If the studio turns on consent mode, the snippet records nothing until the studio’s banner allows it. Studios are responsible for cookies and trackers they add themselves.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. When either signal is present, the tracking snippet stops before it sets a cookie, and the visit is not recorded. A booking can still save the name and the class the person submits.
Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause sign-in, forms, or checkout to stop working.
If we later add a non-essential cookie on pilatescrm.com, we will update this notice first, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it before that cookie is set.
