Support

Older iPhone and iPad

The desk and the member site are web pages in Safari. There is no App Store build.

• iPad is supported in landscape and portrait, including iPadOS 15 and later. The kiosk uses large targets for that.
• iPhone uses the same pages. iOS 15 is the oldest version we test.
• Anything older than iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 is outside support. Update Safari before a desk shift.
• Add the page to the Home Screen if you want an icon. That is still the website, not a native app.
